Job Duties:

• Record customer settlements and send E-mails to chase payments from customers
• Prepare monthly customer statements, reminders to customers and reply customer enquiries
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• F.5 and/or Diploma in Accounting or above
• Experienced in letter of credit and accounts receivable in sizable companies
• Highly effective and work independently
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy and experienced in ERP system
• Immediately available is highly preferred
