Our client is a technology company with business in HK and China.

Responsibilities

• Report to the CFO
• Oversee and directly responsible for the finance & accounting function and subsequent listing of a business unit.
• To ensure the company’s internal control is in line with listing rules and statutory guidelines.
• To provide advice and analysis to senior management on pre-IPO matters.
• Act as the key point of contact with external parties such as bankers, auditors, lawyers etc.
• Driving business growth and strategic development of the group

Requirements

• Qualification Accountant with degree in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines
• Over 10 years’ experience in relevant position, auditing experience & PRC working experience is preferable;
• Experience in IPO works, corporate financing and both HK & PRC
• Knowledge in HK listing rule requirements, HK & PRC tax rules and regulations, accounting standards and banking practices;
• Previous experience in technology company is preferred
• Independent, mature and presentable, detail oriented, possess good negotiation and  communications skill, able to demonstrate the leadership to supervise a team of staff;
• Self-initiative and motivated, hardworking for tight reporting deadline, with high level of job commitment;
• Well-versed in written and spoken English and Chinese;
