Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations;
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for group companies and auditing matter;
• Prepare financial reports, financial analysis, budget and forecasts on a timely basis;
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements;
• Assist in internal control review, company secretarial issue and tax computation; and
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in accounting disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above working experience in similar position
• Sound knowledge in PC applications, strong excel skills, experience in Peachtree Accounting system are particularly preferable;
• Audit experience is a plus;
• Have positive attitude, pro-active, flexible and take up responsibility;
• Able to work independently, with multi-tasking and good time management skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is preferred
