Responsibilities: 

-          Provide general administrative support

-          Responsible for accounting entries, classification of invoices and accounting documents, filing, etc.

-          Assist in invoice, quotation preparation, and administrative works

-          Assist in handling payroll

Requirements:

-          Form 5 / DSE standard or equivalent with LCCI Level 3 

-          2-3 years’ relevant working experience 

-          Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel 

-          Good command of English and Chinese.

-          Immediately available is highly preferred.
