Functions:

• MI Reporting 

Maintenance of monthly management reports to ensure accurate and completeness

Preparation of commentary/highlights to highlight major variances and trends

Support enhancement of MI Report

• Budgeting & Forecasting

Support annual budgeting process, rolling forecast and monthly variance analysis

• Data Analytic

Perform customer data analysis to update Sales Report and KPI

Provide support in MI system enhancement

• Ad hoc

Conduct financial analysis, valuation and market research for management decision

Develop presentation material to support management decision

Actively liaise with internal and external parties for ad hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business-related disciplines.  Fresh graduate will be welcomed
• 1-2 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
• Good understanding on accounting and financial analysis
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and competent in MS Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Able to meet deadline
