Job Description:

• Prepare and arrange payment, vouchers and filing
• Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure the accounts are maintained in an up to date and accurate manner
• Support month-end closing by preparing accounting entries and schedules to record accruals and prepayment at month end 
• Perform other general accounting and administrative duties

 Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience. Experience in financial industry will be an advantage
  
• Experience in preparing FRR is preferred
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Computer skills such as MS office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred
