Duties:

• Conduct internal audits within the Group companies to ensure business operations are complied with company policies and procedures
• Identify internal control deficiencies / opportunities to improve business effectiveness and efficiency
• Prepare internal audit reports, investigations and perform follow-up and monitoring works
• Prepare concise audit documentation include drafting findings and recommendations
• Assist in enhancement of internal control procedures
• Review financial reports and cash flow of PRC subsidiaries
• Conduct risk assessments and audit planning according to the organizational goals
• Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
• Holder of CPA/CIA/ACCA/CICPA membership preferred
• Minimum 5 years audit experience in listed company or PRC manufacturing business with experience in state-owned enterprises is definitely an advantage
• Familiar with PRC accounting & taxation regulation
• Good command of English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Experience in writing Chinese report is an advantage
  
• Self-initiative, well organized, with strong analytical skill and attentive to details personality
• Knowledge in SAP system
• Willing to travel and occasionally work in PRC
• Immediately available preferred
