Job Description

Company Secretary Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day administrative management and clerical support;

Assist in preparation of Interim / Annual reports, announcement, circular, board and AGM/SGM meeting paper;

Maintain and update statutory filling and corporate records;

Assist in handling compliance related matters;

Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

 

Requirement:

Degree holder;

At least 2 years relevant work experience;

Self-motivated, detailed-minded and multi-tasking;

Good command of English and Putonghua and fluent in Putonghua is preferred;;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;

Immediate available is strongly preferred.

 

 

Accountant Assistant 

 

Responsibilities:

 Handle of full set of accounts, records to perform the daily accounting functions;

 Responsible for follow up and assist in all trading & marketing related matters;

 Assist in preparation of interim and annual report;

 Provide administrative support when needed;

 Handling ad hoc duties assigned.

 

 Requirements:

 Diploma or above in Accounting;

 At least 2 years accounting and / or auditing experience;

 Good Analytical mind and problem solving skill;

 Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and fluent in Putonghua is preferred;

 Immediate available is strongly preferred.

 

 

Executive Assistant

 

Responsibilities

 Responsible for a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support;

 Provide support to senior management;

 Prepare all expenses payments and petty cash reimbursement;

 Organize diaries, appointments and business events;

 Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

 

 Requirements:

 Diploma or above;

 At least 1 year relevant experience;

 A team-player, detail-minded, and excellent communication skills;

 Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and fluent in Putonghua is preferred;

 Immediate available is strongly preferred.
