Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for general accounting duties including preparing accounting vouchers, data entry and filing
• Handle freight and logistic invoices
• Responsible for month-end closing, prepare supporting schedules and monthly analysis report
• Perform cost recharge within group companies
• Responsible for intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial accounts and reports

Job Requirement

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years accounting experience, preferable in freight forwarding / logistic industry
• Knowledge in Logistic Field
• Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in using Cargowise system is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office application, especially for Excel, Word and PowerPoint
