Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to Finance & Accounting Department, such as handling general documents, data entry and filing
• Assist in full set account and general ledger entry
• Assist in prepare monthly report
• Perform duties as required by supervisor and assist in ad-hoc assignment

 Qualifications and Experience

• Form 5 and LCCI intermediate level or above
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
• Strong commitment to tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working hours: 2 full days per week/ 3.5 hours per day (5 days work, prefer in AM)
