Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties on accounts payable, reimbursement of staff expenses and trip settlement
• Assist data processing and monthly filing activity
• Perform invoice checking and review payment of request
• Assist in perform financial reports and variance analysis
• Assist in yearly annual audit process
• Assist in preparing month end closing reports
• Assist in reviewing monthly financial package and highlight exception for management attention
• Participate and lead IT enhancement project
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of commercial accounting experience and preferable in trading industry
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP application are preferred
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese (Chinese), English and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated, good communication and analytical mind
• Experience in multinational environment is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
