Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Responsible for the finance & accounting function in the area of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal control
• Supervising and coordinating the work of overseas teams for financial related matters and ensure the financial reporting is prepared in a timely and accurately manner
• Support a wide range of corporate finance activities, including global projects, internal & external audit, due diligence and M&A
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines with CPA or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 5 years solid accounting / audit experience
• FlexAccount, Excel, Word, Chinese word processing, etc.
• Good Command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure and independence
• Immediately available is highly preferred
