Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for group consolidated financial statements for HK companies and PRC subsidiaries
• Liaise with external auditors in respect of annual audits and taxation issues
• Liaise with external lawyers and other professional parties
• Conduct monthly financial reports and analysis for management review
• Preparing Hong Kong tax fillings
• Traveling to PRC on an on-going basis
• Participation in special ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/ACCA) is a MUST
• At least 5 years audit experiences in audit firm and further commercial experiences gained in Hong Kong listed company is a plus
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
• Sound knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and tax regulations is preferable
• Proficient at using MS Windows (Excel and Word)
• Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, maturity, good team spirit with proactive and positive working attitude
• Excellent leading, planning, organizing, controlling, problem solving and staffing skills
