Job Description

The Company

The Company is a private equity fund with rapid expansion and was founded in 2017, focusing on investing in “Internet +AI” giants and vertical leaders in growth phase: smart manufacturing, internet and new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, big data, cloud computing, etc.).  We are currently looking for a Fund Operation Assistance to ensure smooth operations to support the business growth and expansion.

The Role

•         Report to the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Head of Operations
•         Review fund documents, clients’ KYC documents and prepare various agreements
•         Review and verify NAV reports prepared by fund administrators
•         Liaise with various parties such as fund administrators, traders, banks, investor services on fund related matters
•         Liaise with auditor and resolve queries to ensure smooth funds' audit process
•         Ensure accounting books and records for funds and financial reports

Your Profile

•         Degree holder or above in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
•         1-2 years of fund operations background, preferably RMB fund experience (Candidate from Fund administrator will also be considered)

Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and proficiency in Mandarin
