Job Description
Job Responsibilities
EFA and Sales Deduction
- Prepare EFA SAP tool uploading file and compliance report. Escalate for any potential risks of low compliance rate contracts
- Process sales orders before IRIS go-live, and reconcile between sales sub-ledger and GL to ensure correct finance reporting
- Prepare sales deduction entries with proper approval
- Provide data and report per requirement of internal and external customer with accuracy and on time
Pricing Administration
- Produce timely and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes and SLA's in place.
- Accurate calculations using pricing tools and templates
- Draft contract letters, templates, and upload onto system
- Liaise with other departments in resolving of pricing queries, pricing extensions
- Update database and carry out analysis of data as and when required
- Handle new customer registration and/or updates
Customer Data Administration
- Ensure comprehensive records are maintained for all Master Data in accordance with compliance procedures
- Apply amendments and deletions of Master Data including address, telephone, email addresses, segmentation, reporting group changes, materials and pricing details
- Responsible for closing accounts, blocking and unblocking, adding bank account details, changing credit info, adding or removing pop up notes etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with major in accounting
- At least 5 years experience in accounting (with strong technical accounting background)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good command of MS-Office
- Experience with ERP(SAP) is preferred
- Ability to prioritizes tasks efficiently and productively
- Good time management
