Job Duties:

• Update daily activities for various bank books to monitor cash.
• Input accounting transactions into accounting system.
• Prepare payments per invoices.
• Keep track on account receivables.
• Update supporting accounting schedules in Excel.
• Assist on financial statement preparation.
• Preform ad-hoc when it's required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Work experience in Peachtree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, reliable and responsible.
