Job Description

Our client is a financial firm under a major Chinese financial group. They are now hiring Assistant HR&Admin Manager to join the Hong Kong office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cover overall admin and HR admin functions;
  • Responsible for the MPF enrollment, payroll and insurance issues;
  • Maintain and manage employment documents and contract;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder major in Human Resources Management;
  • Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience;
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Ordinance and Labour Laws and Regulations;
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Mandarin is a must.
