We are currently helping our Client in searching for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Human Resources Administrator cum Personal Assistant to HR Director

(Based in Hong Kong, Circa HK$400,000+ per annum)

Our Client: A Multinational Company in Hong Kong.

Roles:

• Assisting/supporting the HR Director and other senior HR managers in managing the day-to-day operations and activities of the Human Resources and Office Administration Departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or Diploma in related discipline + a minimum of 3 years or above working experience.
• Knowledge/experienced in human resources work is preferable (but NOT a prerequisite).
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (both verbal and written) is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Putonghua will be advantageous.
• Good in numbers, articulate, excellent interpersonal skills and a team worker.

Remuneration:

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate, and will be in the region of HK$400,000 per annum + perts.
