We are currently helping our Client in searching for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following challenging position:

Compensation and Benefits and People Resourcing Manager

(Based in Hong Kong, Circa HK$800,000+ per annum)

Our Client: A Multinational Company in Hong Kong.

Roles:

• Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the C&B team and Recruitment team, and providing service and support to the business operations in Hong Kong, Macau and Asia Pacific cities as a Business Partner.
• Reviewing and formulating remuneration/reward and people resourcing policies.
• Supporting the HR system migration and implementation (From IPL to SAP).
• Managing compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, pay scale structure, job grading, payroll, ORSO/MPF, tax matters relating to expatriates, insurance, etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in related discipline + a minimum of 5 years or above experience in a similar capacity in multinational organizations prefers.
• Technically competent (in C&B) + strong team leadership.
• Familiar with the employment related laws in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in English (in both verbal and written) is a prerequisite.
• Ability to interact and work with the senior management staff in the organization.

Remuneration:

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate, and will be in the region of HK$800,000 per annum + perts.
