Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office and administration tasks such as procurement of office supplies, data entry and updating, filing, maintenance of office equipment etc
  • To perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, handling mails, parcels and couriers
  • Data entry, simple bookkeeping including income and expense tracking
  • Assist in sorting, scanning and photocopying documentations in Dropbox
  • Assist in effective running of the administrative matters and business operation of the company
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned by manager
  • To attend meetings, take minutes and ensure the provision of appropriate information
  • To work closely with management team across local and overseas operating entities
  • Outdoor duties are required

    Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above, with 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
  • Hard-working, outgoing, self-motivated, positive and aggressive
  • Immediate available or short notice preferably
