Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office and administration tasks such as procurement of office supplies, data entry and updating, filing, maintenance of office equipment etc
- To perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, handling mails, parcels and couriers
- Data entry, simple bookkeeping including income and expense tracking
- Assist in sorting, scanning and photocopying documentations in Dropbox
- Assist in effective running of the administrative matters and business operation of the company
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by manager
- To attend meetings, take minutes and ensure the provision of appropriate information
- To work closely with management team across local and overseas operating entities
- Outdoor duties are required
Requirements: - Form 5 or above, with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
- Hard-working, outgoing, self-motivated, positive and aggressive
- Immediate available or short notice preferably
