• involve in Compensation and Provident Fund / MPF review and administration, staff budget and cost analysis and HRIS changeover/enhancement and other ad hoc assignments
• Degree holders in HRM or relevant disciplines preferred with about 5 years' relevant solid working experience in salary review, payroll process, bonus reward systems, KPI analysis and staff budget preparation.  Preferably with experience in HRIS system review / upgrade / migration 
• sound knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• pleasant, a team player, responsible, organized and hardworking with good common sense and integrity
• numeric and analytical with high accuracy and attentive to details
• good spoken and written English and Chinese with at least level "4" in English in HKDSE or equivalent (please state in your c.v.)
• an advance user of Microsoft Excel 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
