Responsibilities :

• Perform in the compensation & benefits functions including payroll checking, MPF administration, PRC HK stationed staff salary tax, leave, attendance & benefits administration
• Assist in HRIS implementation
• Participate in the recruitment activities
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Conduct market intelligence to keep update of the best HR practices
• Prepare and compile HR statistics and reports
• Maintain and update HR and administration records

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in the property development, property management or related fields
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and with basic knowledge of China Labour and Employment Law
• Attentive to details, numeric with good time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
