Responsibilities

Business development through client expansion, new business penetration to support company to achieve the business goal

Negotiate with clients for the business terms and conditions independently

Understand client’s recruitment need

Recommend suitable candidates through searching, interview, evaluation and referencecheck

Maintain good relationship with clients

Motivate and manage candidates with professional counselling
Requirements

Bachelor Degree
-
3+ years working experience, with 2+ years recruitment or sales experience in Retail/FMCG/Healthcare Industry preferred
-
Professional, service-oriented and result-driven
-
Quick learner and self-motivated
-
Willing to work under pressure
