Responsibilities

• Business development through client expansion, new business penetration to support company to achieve the business goal

• Negotiate with clients for the business terms and conditions independently

• Understand client’s recruitment need

• Recommend suitable candidates through searching, interview, evaluation and referencecheck

• Maintain good relationship with clients

• Motivate and manage candidates with professional counselling
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree

• 3+ years working experience, with 2+ years recruitment or sales experience in Retail/FMCG/Healthcare Industry preferred

• Professional, service-oriented and result-driven

• Quick learner and self-motivated

• Willing to work under pressure
