Food For Good Limited (“FFG”) was established as a non-profit organization in 2012. Its mission is to promote and facilitate food waste reduction in Hong Kong by recycling food waste and introducing a green and sustainable living and redistributing surplus edible food to people in need.

Currently, we are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources Department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate should be familiar with Hong Kong Labour Law and practices, and has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of HR & Admin
• University graduate with account background preferred
• Familiar with Project Management is an advantage

 Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases using the HR software implemented (e.g. record sick or maternity leave or compensation leave etc.)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, and to prepare & update staff handbook
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
•  Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Prepare monthly payroll according to individual employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
