Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently and provide a full range of company secretarial services for the Group to ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules as well as other applicable laws and regulations;
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants and bankers on company secretarial and compliance issues;
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports, interim reports, various circulars and announcements of the Group;
• Prepare board meetings and minutes of meetings;
• Manage statutory filings and correspondence with relevant regulatory authorities and governmental departments;
• Support ad-hoc projects and completion of commercial transactions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• Member (or above) of HKICS;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in company secretarial matters with at least 2 years in Managerial level of a Hong Kong listed company;
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO and Company Ordinance;
• Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently;
• Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Immediately available preferred.
