Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the management
- Handle meeting scheduling, trip planning, daily emails etc
- Responsible for coordination with oversea manufacturers
- Prepare business proposal to key accounts of buyer
- Handle correspondence, ad hoc assignments and confidential duties independently and professionally
Job Requirement
- Degree or above
- 1 years relevant working experiences
- Fresh graduate or candidate with entrance level experience will also be considered
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good / satisfactory command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Secretary
