Job Description

Main purpose of role:

Be responsible for the daily operation duties in HR of assigned Business Units and Uniform Distribution Centre and acts as a channel of communication between HR and operation staff within the Group.

 

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Manage employee data in HRMS and personnel file handling regarding to HR policy and requirement.
  • To monitor and provide daily recruitment and separation administrative supports of operational staff;
  • To liaise with advertisement agencies for advertising related matters
  • To liaise with Labour Department and Retraining Board Bodies for recruitment matters and projects proactively
  • Maintain high quality service and efficient by following organization standard.
  • Assist in preparing the regular analyzing reports, market survey, market comparison and reports to management analysis and review
  • Assist in uniform ordering and stock taking
  • Be responsible for compiling reports and participating in ad hoc projects

 

Job Skills Required :

  • Matriculated education or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in HR field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Details- minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
  • Willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
