Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- performing data entry, account set up, sales order processing and document verification of new merchant application
- preparing report for management and merchants
- providing general clerical and administrative support to the team
- preparing and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
- performing risk and compliance related duties
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of clerical and merchant servicing experience
- Experience in financial institution is preferred
- Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Experience in ERP or related system is preferred
- Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
- Possess logical and analytical skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operations Assistant
