Job Responsibilities:

• Support HR & Administration duties for the Company;
• Provide general office administration and clerical support such as stationary ordering, office supplies, office equipment & facilities maintenance, travel arrangement and work visa;
• Handle in recruitment such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications and staff on-boarding preparation;
• Maintain an accurate and update HR record and filing system;
• Maintain staff records, personal file and leave records;
• Assist in projects and company events as assigned from time to time;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma in business administration or equivalent;  
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experiences in HR or Admin field;
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Good in interpersonal, well organizing and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and able to work independently;
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred.
