As a member of our team, you will be engaged in a series of corporate projects, business intelligence analysis and exposed to the all-round operation and internal control of the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support to the team, such as defining project requirements, progress monitoring, communicating with internal stakeholders and preparing reports to management;
• Assist in corporate operation and internal control review, policy establishment and knowledge management;
• Improve, create and maintain the internal data analytic and visualization tool for financial analysis and KPI monitoring as per stakeholder’s request;
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for Senior Management;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines with 1 year work experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Experience or knowledge in trending data visualization tool (e.g. QlikView, Tableau) is advantageous;
• Self-motivated, mature and good interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Willing to learn, strong business sense, good analytical and positive attitude;
• Good command of written English and Chinese is a must;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Chinese Word Processing;
