Responsibilities;

• Provide full spectrum of admin. & secretarial support and personal matters to top management and family
• Responsible for home management
• Assist on maintaining a smooth daily routine of household operations
• Assist in scheduling personal and business appointments
• Manage travel arrangement, i.e. itinerary, flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application
• Communicate with domestic helper
• Liaise with relevant internal/external parties/organizations
• Assist in organizing activities with external organizations
• Handle and assist ad-hoc projects discipline

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in any discipline
• Min. 1 year personal assistant or family assistant to senior executive experience, fresh graduate is also welcome
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, well organized and able to handle multi tasks in a tight schedule
• Flexible, with strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and initiative
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Chinese typing & etc
• Outdoors work is required
