Responsibilities  

• Handle telephone calls, reception enquiries and guest greeting in a professional manner
• Provide clerical & administrative support including meeting room reservation, courier & mailing arrangement, flight & hotel bookings, procurement, stationery and supplies, etc
• Co-ordinate with internal & external parties including cleaning, maintenance for offices
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduated or above
  
• Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner and communication skills
• Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua will be an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
