Job Description
Prepare communication materials for the launch of new HR system including but not limited to information on intranet, connections, staff orientation materials to introduce the new system in place.
Work closely with the internal team throughout the planning, coordinating, testing to implementation stage of new system project
Provide support for pre- and post- implementation of the system
Lead the change project, promote and host trainings to internal staff for introduction
Support ad hoc assigned duties
Requirements:
Degree qualified
Around 5-7 years' relevant experience
Attention to details, organized, a self-starter and independent
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Effective communications and good analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Immedatly avaliable is highly prefered
