Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare patent, trademark and design application documents
• Manage workflows of patent, design and trademark applications
• Monitor patent, design and trademark renewal and maintenance deadlines
• Prepare and send patent, design and trademark renewal and maintenance reminders to clients
• Liaise with foreign agents
• Prepare reporting letters to clients
• Monitor status of pending patent, design and trademark applications
• Provide general administration support to IP team
• Monitor database, docketing system and file records

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience gained in IP firm, law firm or in-house legal department for Intellectual Property Manager
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Intellectual Property Administrator/ Executive
• Meticulous, well-organized and attention to details
• Self-motivated with dedication and enthusiasm in developing a professional career in IP
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing and use of information technology
• Candidates with SolidWorks® or CAD skills or knowledge in Patricia® have an advantage
