Job Descriptions:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support including sales reports
• Responsible in dealing with invoices, quotations and monitoring the order process
• Coordinate with operations, sales & logistic departments on delivery arrangement
• Handle telephone enquiries
• Follow up orders and customers
• Assist in ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese. Good command of English and Mandarin
• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates strong follow-up, ownership and accountability
• Immediately avaliable is highly prefered
