JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To review C&B policies & procedures for the Group to ensure market competitiveness.
• To manage C&B surveys, conduct job evaluation, prepare salary structure, and manage salary review process.
• To develop and implement HRIS strategy to support HR operations, and generate reports for management review.
• To provide and improve HR services including payroll, tax reporting, and benefits administration etc.
• To keep abreast of any updates on related ordinance and legislations to ensure compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
• Minimum with 6 years’ experience in C&B in sizable organizations
• Possess strong project management, interpersonal, planning and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-minded, independent and well organized.
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and HRIS)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel to South East Asia
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior C&B officer
