We are looking someone under Payroll or Support Team to handle all HR related issue for retail and manufacturing business units.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform staff record entry in HR system and personnel record filing; 
• Responsible for mass scale of payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions and leave administration;
• Prepare C&B related surveys and various HR reports;
• Responsible for supporting in recruitment and interview coordination;
• Provide human resource administrative and clerical support to the team.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 1 year relevant experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered, we are looking for someone humble for learning and willing to grow with the company;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing;
• Detail-minded, independent and with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available or short notice is priority.
