Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including store staff recruitment, employee relations and attendance & leave administration
• Initiate effective recruitment means
• Work closely with line managers to understand operational needs
• Develop and implement employee engagement program
• Prepare regular HR reports
• Handle ad-hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid HR experience in MNC, preferably gained in retail industry
• Able to deal with people of different levels
• Detail-oriented, independent, well organized and responsible
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• High competency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
