Job Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or above
• 1 years of working experience in similar roles is preferred
• Strong capabilities in communications 
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Positive thinker, problem solver and ability to influencing people
• Very good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties:

• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and form
• administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
• Develop and maintain a filing system
