What will you do?

• Perform receptionist duties, including handling incoming/ outgoing phone call and mail, etc.
• Handle general clerical works, including data input, filing, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management team

Do you have a right profile?

• F.5 or above with at least 1 yearof relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
