Responsibilities:

• Greeting and announcing clients and visitors
• Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail as well as providing administrative support to the Admin Department
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and etc.
• Assisting in company activities and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in reception
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is essential
• Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office; proficiency in Chinese word processing
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferable
