Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the group Chairman & President, managing his daily schedule and ad hoc requests
• Assist in daily accounting operations including accounting entries and petty cash handling
• Manage office supplies and internal requests as needed
• Prepare monthly office payroll, MPF administration and employer’s return
• Manage and assist in all projects assigned in a professional manner and judgement
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years or above of working experience in office administration or related positions
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the brand and sociable
• Fresh graduates will be considered
