Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing the programs
• Assist in developing and maintaining the strategic partnership with advocates and stakeholders of the programs
• Assist in creating social media posts to support promotions, events and brand awareness
• Manage logistics for events and activities
• Provide administrative support to the programs
• Carry out any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:  

• A recognized university degree in any discipline
• With 1 year's post-qualification work experience in youth life planning programme, event management or corporate communication is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Computer literacy in MS Words, Chinese Word Processing, and PowerPoint, etc.
• Good time management and meet a tight deadline
• Self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality with effective communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
