Job Description

Our Client is a big well-established group, who is now looking for an Executive Secretary.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare weekly and monthly management reports
  • To provide administrative support and secretarial and administrative support to Senior Manager
  • To schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes
  • To coordinate and follow up cross-departmental business initiatives/project implementation and progress
  • To take up ad hoc assignments/projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree level with minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in large corporations
  • Detail-oriented, organised and has a passion to succeed
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
