Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business operation, organize the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly production and operation analysis and work plan, supervise and coordinate the implementation among various functional departments accordingly.

2. Responsible for departmental revenue and cost management, coordinate each team to achieve departmental efficiency targets and be responsible for departmental production management.

3. Responsible for the internal coordination between departments, the formulation of the department's operation and management, and assist the department leaders in doing business operation and decision-making;

4. Responsible for developing and organizing the performance appraisal of employees within the department.Responsible for the department's comprehensive administrative management.

Requirements：

1. At least 1 years of relevant work experience, full-time undergraduate degree inFinancial，Accounting, Management, or related disciplines.

2. Proficient in MS Office and data analysis and forecasting software, with strong writing ability.

3. Experience in market management, data analysis, and comprehensive administration.

4. Critical thinking and analysis capabilities, data processing and analytical capabilities, especially the ability to conduct analytical report independently, in forms of Word and PowerPoint.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, positive attitude and optimistic.
