Responsibilities
* Provide general and team admin support to the IBD team (10 - 12 people)
* Provide expense management by inputting claims in bank's system
* Handle diaries management, meeting arrangement for the team
* Handle travel arrangement for the team, including visas and transfers if applicable
* Assist the APAC IBCM team with ad-hoc projects

Requirements
* 1-3 years' experience in team admin/ general admin position
* Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
* Experience with Outlook or similar email tools
* Ability to work in a team environment that is busy and fast-moving
