Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide full spectrum of Account Servicing duties such as Talent Requisition and Manpower Planning
- Provide full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties, including the administration of payroll, MPF, group insurance policies and tax filing
- Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system
- Implement HR strategies, initiatives, policies and programs to support business growth
- Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal and external parties in developing HR initiatives
- Prepare HR analytic reports and review HR policy and procedures
- Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies or related disciplined or above
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years managerial level
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail minded, well-organized, work under pressure and independent
- A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Immediately available is preferred
