Job duties:

• Provide full spectrum of Account Servicing duties such as Talent Requisition and Manpower Planning
• Provide full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties, including the administration of payroll, MPF, group insurance policies and tax filing
• Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system
• Implement HR strategies, initiatives, policies and programs to support business growth
• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal and external parties in developing HR initiatives
• Prepare HR analytic reports and review HR policy and procedures
• Participate in ad hoc projects within the Company as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies or related disciplined or above
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years managerial level
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail minded, well-organized, work under pressure and independent
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred
