Job Description

The Role

Reporting to Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance & Service Improvement, the incumbent will:

  • Be responsible for the issuance of service quality performance reports and the execution of station audits in accordance with the standards and instructions of JASL/JATS, customer airlines and regulatory authorities
  • Maintain the performance of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and quality management system for JASL/JATS by conducting internal quality management audits.
  • Monitor the daily performance and efficiency of the Jardine Survey System
  • Coordinate station audits with airline customers, the respective functional units, other ground service providers, civil aviation and airport authority
  • Liaise with airline customer to address quality and environmental related issues
  • Review operational non-conformances and prepare analytical summary
  • Recommend best practices for the improvement of the Quality Management System and the Service Quality Assurance Program
  • Manage a team of internal auditors including recruiting and training

The Person

  • Form 7 or above, Internal auditor qualification is preferable
  • 3 years airport operation experience that include 1 year involvement in Quality Assurance related job functions
  • Good command with both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good communication, analytical and report writing skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Coordinator
