Job Description

職位名稱:服務行政助理 Service & Administration Assistant

崗位職責:

1、  協助運維總監完成服務相關文書和報告分析工作;

2、  負責完成周、月度工作匯總;

3、  負責辦公室行政管理,運行維護等;

4、  與總部海外人事行政部進行工作事務對接,並協助處理總部在香港的人事行政事務;

5、  完成上司安排的其他工作。

 

任職要求:

1、  本科及以上學歷,行政管理等相關專業優先;

2、  1年或以上工作經驗,有客戶服務、行政相關工作經驗者優先;

3、  粵語普通話和英文能力良好,能流利溝通;

4、  思維敏捷,有良好的理解能力及執行能力。
