Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Human Resources
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, to training and development, performance management, staff movements, policy development, employee engagement and off-boarding etc.
- Assist and support the Director of Human Resources in various HR projects
- Assist in formulation and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of market trends; conduct periodic compensation & benefits benchmarking exercises
- Be the HR business partner taking care of one of the expanding businesses of the Group
- Work closely with campus and functional heads and provide professional advice on HR related matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR generalist experience; exposure in pre-nursery, kindergartens or education industry is an advantage
- Well versed in HK employment ordinances and HR practices; exposure in China labour law is a plus
- A good team player who embraces change and enjoys dynamic culture
- Capable of handling confidential and sensitive matters, and competing priorities
- Independent and presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Candidate with at least 8 years of all-round HR experience may be considered as HR Manager
